OUR TEAM

Our coaches pride themselves on our ability to build relationships with our clients while using our knowledge and expertise to help them succeed.

Lexi attended Concordia University of Wisconsin for four years earning her bachelors of science in Exercise Physiology. While doing so she played ice hockey for all four years, being named captain for one of them.

After being introduced to CrossFit as an athlete, Lexi realized she wanted to establish a new, tight-knit, and supportive community that supports and uplifts its members, not just within the gym, but in all aspects of their life and fitness. Thus opening her own gym, Lozen Fitness, in 2017. Her goal is to help people experience the best versions of themselves each day.

Through her own journey of discovering the importance of nutrition, Lexi decided to launch her own program in 2017 and has been leading people to healthier lives for the past 5 years. With a background in general nutrition she has a niche and specialty for helping women in perimenopause, menopause, and post menopause with proper nutritional needs.
